We also collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

- To prepare and deliver your Home Energy Score and a personalized home energy review
- To contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email about your request, appointments, appointment reminders, and customer support
- To coordinate consultations, site visits, and licensed installation partners

Text messaging (SMS) and consent
If you provide your phone number and check the consent box, you agree to receive conversational text messages from Texas Home Energy Solutions about your Home Efficiency Check, appointment scheduling and reminders, and customer support. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are never shared with any third party for marketing. We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
